Mission:
Pimai Christian Care Trust (PCCT) is a faith-based, community-based organization in Mutasa District, Zimbabwe. Our mission is to serve the needs of the local community and beyond reducing poverty particularly that of vulnerable and marginalized groups through appropriate partnerships. PCCT envisions a future where the vulnerable members of community have access to the care, support, and opportunities they need to thrive.

Objectives:
- To facilitate the access of basic health, education, food nutrition for Orphans and Vulnerable Children (OVC).
- To provide equitable access support to children living with disabilities upon all needs.
- To conduct livelihood skills training for Orphans and Vulnerable children (OVC).
- To establish income generating projects that are inclusive and community led.

Strategic Operations
Operational Structure:
- PCCT has a Board of Directors who oversee the organization's governance and strategic direction.
- A Finance Committee made up of a smaller grouping of the Board provides guidance on financial matters.
- Staff members, including an Executive Director, Program and Planning Manager and a Financial Manager manage the day-to-day operations of the organization.
- Project staff are recruited per need arising in regards to the staffing needs of each project we undertake.
- Volunteers play a crucial role in supporting service delivery as they are drawn from the communities adding the local by in of projects.
Financial Management:
PCCT adheres to strong financial management principles, as evidenced by their financial policy. This policy ensures the ethical, efficient, and transparent use of all resources entrusted to them.
Impact:
PCCT's efforts contribute to improved well-being for vulnerable children in the Honde Valley community. This includes better access to education, healthcare, and a supportive environment that fosters their growth and development. Pimai Christian Care (PCC) is a community home grown faith-based, organization in Mutasa District, in Mutasa North constituency ward 30 and 4 Manicaland Zimbabwe. Pimai Christian Care to provide basic food nutrition thus conducting feeding point across it’s 5 care centers.
Future Directions:
PCCT might seek to:
- Expand services to reach more children in the community and surrounding communities.
- Develop stronger partnerships with other local and international humanitarian and development organizations to maximize impact.
- Diversifying funding sources to ensure long-term sustainability.
- Transition from a Trust to a Private Voluntary Organization.
- Life skills development program, such as training welding, carpentry (Wood work), fashion design, baking building, and many more that will see Pimai Christian caring Trust equipping the youths. This will happen through networking with the Ministry of youth and empowerment and other exiting vocational training centres
